I was back at work in 7 days, but I was still tired and weak, I would say it took me 4 weeks to feel normal and 6 weeks to lift heavy stuff and to start working out vigorously again, although I did walk and that kind of stuff before 6 weeks.

The only things that I took after explant were my supplemments and the only thing I put on my incisions was mederma.

Hope this helps

Hiya -Marie :o)

Everything is going really well. I am now 5 months post explant and

can't believe how time flies! I think you had your op a couple of

weeks before me....how have you healed? I hope that your Dr. has

done well by you. CJ is going to post my pic's when she get's a

chance.

I've had some time off the net because of school holidays and then

the Bali bombing incidents (was very close to home for us Aussie's

because it's our fav hang out paradise.....and my best friend was

there at the time :o( Then I went away with her to Queensland and

had a ball and basically celebrated life for a few nights, so then I

needed more time away to re-cuperate....LOL!

So life's good and thanks for asking :o)

Cheers,

Keli.

Thanks CJ :o)

I think the more of us that share our photo's the better. Having my

implants REMOVED was the best decision I have ever made.

Love Keli.
