We just posted an article that Rose submitted, which was posted in

her local Michigan paper. It tells about Dow's merger with Union

Carbide - a tactic to get out of liability for the Bhopal chemical

spills. We thought it was an interesting example of how these large

chemical companies operate and how much they will do to shirk their

responsibilities. In fact, they can even have the gall to litigate

against others in Bhopal who spatter paint on their offices in

protest. I received permissin from Mr. McKenna to post his article

and congratulated him for having the courage to speak out against

the " biggies " . We are hoping he will do an article for US. To read
