This is a repost from Ilena--everyone should be reminded to update your

anti-virus program, and if you dont' have one, to get one, or use this free

web-based virus detection program. I know I have experienced a virus from a

member of this group, and others have as well. It comes with the territory,

so learn to protect yourself, and be aware. Watch what comes through your

email program carefully.
