Guest guest
Oops! One more thought on bottled drinking water--I found it is important to make sure you are getting the minerals that naturally occur in water. Distilled water is not supposed to be good because all of the minerals have been removed as well as the pollutants, (which ultimately creates mineral depletion in the body). I recently switched from pure water (filtered with reverse osmosis, carbon filters, micron filters, ultraviolet light and ozone) because I realized it did not have any alkalzing minerals in it. We now have Arrowhead Mountain Spring water delivered to the house, (with no added flouride.) I still think it is best to live by the rule "the closer to the way God made it, the better." God's water has healthy minerals in it. I think there is alot of confusion out there about the simple word "water". Like everything else nowadays, we have been inundated with too many choices--distilled water, filtered, spring water, mineral water, pure water, sheesh. All I can say is check things out.
