Have you done a bowel and a parasite cleanse yet?

Have you ever done a liver cleanse?

Do you drink enough water?

Welcome and greetings,

Yael

> Hello, I'm new to the group. I've just had a screening of all my numbers(

A1C, blood pressure, cholestrol, trigs, weight, etc). My blood pressure is

GREAT! (thank you Nutra Salt), my A1C # for diabetes was WAAAYY LOW, (thank

goodness). however, my weight is pretty bad (I knew that going in) and also my

cholestrol is pretty bad (knew it, just didn't hit home till now). I've just

gone out to get Fish Oil (1400 mg), CoQ-10 (200 mg)and Red Yeast Rice (600 mg).

My eye Dr. told me to take 3-6-9 for my dry eyes (up till now, I've been

spuratic on that). I also take Omeprazole (20 mg) - I know it's not natural,

but good lord, it sure has put an end to my acid pain. Hopefully, I won't have

to ber on it long. I've also started taking Colon Health. Here's my

question, I don't HOW to take all this new stuff.... or how much to take to

help get my cholestrol # down. for instance, the Red yeast, says to take 2 once

or twice daily. should I take 1 in the morning and one at night?? is it better

to take them both together?? I already know to change my diet to vegies, leafy

greens and low fat stuff.. but the Co Q-10 ??? should I take the 200 all at once

or 100 in the morning and 100 at night?? thank you for helping me.... I'm eally

confused.
