It is usually from over use, like running etc, and it is mostly pain in the arch and heel of the foot, I think that I have had this off and on for along time, but before I was sure it was from the autoimmune issues with the implants, now it is I am sure from over use, bad shoes, too much working out etc, last week I ran on it like an idiot, sometimes I can be really compulsive about exercise, esp when I am eating too much, don't want to get fat ya know, anyhow I am seeing a Foot Dr tomorrow, a friend of my hubbys from college, we will see what he says and I will keep you posted.
