Guest guest
Listening to radio interview, Hulda states the danger of sulphur oils found in garlic and mustard. Does this apply to horseradish as well? Corey
Guest guest
I decided to do some experimenting and find out myself. I picked some horseradish and ground it up and ate it with flesh. I ate lots. The next day I had the usual symptoms of skunky scent persperation, same as I get when I eat onions. Maybe its just me, but I am extremely sensitive to these foods. In conclusion take my advice: DO NOT EAT HORSERADISH AS THE SULPHUR OILS CERTAINLY FORM ALKYLATING AGENTS IN ME SO THEY WOULD IN YOU AS WELL. LETS NOT FEED BUSKII! NOR GENE MUTATIONS!
