Subject: MY HAPPY UPDATE

Hey girls,

Well it is Friday and it is about 78 degrees and gorgeous outside, the hills are green again and summer is finally here in beautiful Idaho YEAH do I sound happy ?? Well that is because I am.

After my awful two weeks therapy to rid myself of that nasty H-Pylori bacteria and then the flare up I had and being in bed sick I can finally tell you all that I am doing so good again I feel like a new woman YEE HAA.

I want to let you guys know that I am on a somewhat altered plan of the yeast free type diet, I met a women on the net who told me all about how she cured herself of yeast by diet and supplements and she shared allot of info with me and I am doing it all and feeling so good after a week I plan to continue for a few weeks and maybe longer like 6 months, I think that it really is a good idea and healthy too. It is not unlike Dr Kolbs protocol either.

I will tell anyone interested about it if they like it is really simple plus she has these awesome recipes that I found and I love them, they are really good so you cannot say what can I eat on this diet? plus I know it will help me with keeping my figure trim.

I want to encourage anyone here also that if you are feeling bad with stomach problems you should def check out if you might have H-Pylori because it can really make you sick and although the treatment is rough, it is worth it.

Some of the symptoms of H-pylori are acid indegestion, cramps, stomach pain, upset, nausea, gas and bloating. I had all of these on and off and had no clue what it was but now I am free of these, oh and constipation/diahrea too. Remember that if left untreated this bacteria can lead to peptic ulcer disease/bleeding ulcer, and even cancer of the stomach.

I must say that I thought I was not going to get better for awhile there but I have and it is good to feel good again!

Love ya all

I found this years ago and ran across it recently:

In our earliest work, the single cell ascomycete fungus,

Saccharomyes cerrevisiae, has been encapsulated in a transparent matrix of silica gel. After gelation, aging

and prolonged storage, bioactivity of the microorganism

could be triggered. Yeast cells could be stored in silica

gel for over one year while preserving their bioactivity."

MATECH, 1996

"Survival of S. Epidermis inside macrophages has been

recognized as a pivotal process in the pathogenesis

of biomaterial-associated infection" Dept of Medical

Microbiology, Academic Med Ctr, Amsterdam, Netherlands

S. Epdermis is considered a superantigen and of course,

the longer it is in the body, the longer the immune system

is stimulated, doing all those things immune systems do

when fighting a bacteria. It is considered one of the main things

that women with breast implants have confronted--and supposedly can act very much like connective-tissue diseases.

In searching for associated events with biomaterials, I found that bacterial adherence to them is well-known and common

problem which medical science has been attempting to eliminate.

Macrophages also ingest silicone particles and, being polymers, cannot digest them--hence, the granuloma.

My belief is that this is why it is important to remove

the "capsule" which, from reading, sounds like a granuloma

in and of itself.

Both of the above findings say to me that aside from

that which develops in the in the body and is released, a lot of mycobacteria can be held in there by possible

devouring by the silicone particles themselves or can be attached to the silica particles themselves . . so Dr. Kolb's protocol (or any that will remove silicone particles as

rapidly as possible) makes perfect sense. If one had

had implants for some time, whereby there may

be quite a few particles throughout the body, seems

the longer the particles are in there, the longer it

may take to recover. The fact that the body is doing other

things that are common reactions to foreign bodies/antigens

also is one reason, but this is another that is worthy

of consideration.

Hey there. I have info on a supplement that is supposed to be better at

killing yeast than even the strongest course of diflucan can . It is called

SR722. I ordered it and am awaiting its arrival. In the meantime I am doing

a modified course of yeast free diet. No sugar, no bread, no wheat or wheat

products, moderate and small amounts of corn are allowed, tons of fresh

veggies, no fruit as it is high in sugar, organic beef, chicken and fresh

fish, and some eggs and organic dairy products. It is a hard diet to follow,

I do have links to some pretty decent recipes though.

I am supporting my immune system with vitamins, C,D,E malic acid, MSM,

magnesium, zinc, and then oregano oil, and noni juice, wich is a very bitter

fruit that has no sugar in it, and is a good bacterial fungal killer. Also

lots and lots of raw garlic and fresh water.

Hope these ideas help.

One of the nurses I work with is sick of MD's and their prescribing practices. She feels the way I do, (and most of us do), and that is they prescribe meds to treat symptoms only, but don't really attempt to find out what is causing the problem. She has found a RN here in Tucson who compounds herbal meds/supplements and does it based on the muscle test. Becky, (my friend) was saying that she has you hold in your hand over your solar plexus the med she wants you to take. Because the solar plexus is where all the energy flows, a person can find out a lot about you from this area. Anyway, this RN has you hold the medicine over your solar plexus, while your other arm is held out at a perpendicular angle. She then pushes your arm, and if that particular medicine is going to work well for you, she will not be able to push/move your arm. If the medicine will not work for you, she will be able to freely move/push that arm. From what I gather, the energy flowing from the solar plexus and around the medicine is how she determines this, and how your body determines how it will respond to the med. This RN also will use this method with rx meds just to see how your body responds. She doesn't just use this method to treat you. She combines other treatments, such as acupuncture, and assessing your tongue and feeling your pulses to determine what med may work best. An example Becky cited was her dgtr who had a severe migraine, that wouldn't go away and she'd had it about 7 days. They ended up in the ER, where the doc put her on Depakote, compazine, Imitrex, and something else. Well, her dgtr ended up having a dystonic reaction to the compazine about 24 hrs later, and instead of looking further for what was causing the HA's and the reaction, he just wanted to add more meds. Needless to say, Becky got her dgtr out of there and to this holistic/homeopathic RN. This RN got a hx and reviewed it, while also looking at her tongue, feeling her pulses, feeling her abdomen, and having her hold all the meds the doc gave her and doing this muscle test. The result was one where she determined that all the meds the doc gave her would never work effectively, and she compounded a drug called "socash"?????????? Or something similar to that sound. Within 12 hrs, her dgtrs migraines were gone using this "socash." This sold Becky. So, she and I are going to go see her and see what she sees about our health just from feeling our pulses, looking at our tongue, and doing the muscle test. She does compound herbal meds if anyone is interested. First let me check it out, and I will get back to you. But if she is willing to send compounded herbs/solutions, would anyone be intersted? Becky swears by her, and now I want to check it out. I asked Becky how much she charges and Becky said that it depends on what you can pay at the time. Becky has only shown up with $5, and she's accepted that, and sometimes Becky has shown up with $40 and she's accepted that. I think it sounds real interesting. I want to have my antidepressants checked to see how they respond to the muscle test. I'll keep everyone posted on what I find out. e ----- Original Message ----- From: Heer Sent: Monday, June 03, 2002 10:37 AM Subject: Re: Re: MY HAPPY UPDATE Hey there. This type of testing is called kinesiology....I've had it done

several times with several healers.

http://www.tkay.org/whatistk.html

Interesting to say the least! I have seen a lady stand in the

health food store and have the clerk do it on her while she decided

what products to purchase. She just held them in her hand and had

the clerk push down on her arm.
