Guest guest
Hello- I had a breast augmentation April 22, 2002 with saline filled implants. A few weeks ago I felt a painless lump under my right arm (armpit area) and about two weeks after that noticed one under my left arm. Both are painless but have me very worried! I've been doing all kinds of research and hope cancer or any other disease is not the culprit. I don't have any of the other symtoms listed under the diseases so I'm hoping it is a result of the surgery. Is this a common occurance in women who have had implants? Thank you & I look forward to your response. Deedre
Guest guest
Hmmm Cara:I don't really know what to tell you here!!!! If she's not developing any red spots or doesn't appear to be bothered by it, I wouldn't be too concerned. Definitely chk w/her ortho tomorrow, let us know. This isn't uncommon for her (or for my other daughter when she was a baby). Does anybody know if this is uncomfortable for her with her Starband on? This is her 4th day with the starband on - is the starband rubbing and irritating the lymph nodes? I'll check with my ortho tomorrow - just really curious tonight! Thanks in advance!Cara
