Guest guest
Hello Everyone I am on my way to recovery, from surgery on Thursday. I was wondering if anyone knows of a few sites with before and after explant without re-implant photos. I want a visual to compare with. Please let me know. Everyday is a new day, and I am feeling better and better. A bit soar, but all in all getting better every day! Layne
Guest guest
There is a bunch on the saline support site, if you look at the bottom of this email you should see the links, you have to go to the website and then over on the left side of the page there is the link that says photos, I have a bunch of me, and other girls there, we all look different so you can compare. Also if you go to www.explantation.com there are tons of other women who have gotten explanted, some with and some without lifts, all without replacements. Guest guest
There is usually less deformity if the implants were under the muscle and there is not a great deal of capsular contracture. The scars are usually the ones used at the implantation unless the axillary or tuba procedure was done. If a mastopexy needs to be done a periareolar is usually sufficient and these scars hide well as they are in a the area around the areola. . -----Original Message----- From: mbtcmiller [mailto:lisadawnmiller@...] Sent: Tuesday, October 15, 2002 2:36 PM Subject: Explantation Is there less deformity or sagging if the implants were under the muscle? Also, what about scaring?
