Hey everyone

I just wanted to let you guys know about a cool way to tone up and also mellow out at the same time, if you have not heard of it (which I am sure you have) it is called pilates. It kicks butt and I found a great tape that I love allot by Austin who I have always liked, and she looks great too.

Anyhow I did the 40 minute workout and loved it, all stretching and some yoga mixed with pilates moves for an extra punch and man it was a good challenge for me. I can see why actresses and models do this, it seems to be great exp if you need to tone, firm and stretch and if you have some aches and pains, it is also somewhat relaxing and yet a challenge. I really liked it, of course it won't be replacing my harder stuff but it is a fun thing to add to my day.
