Hi ,

I have used the herbs for 7 years and they are still very effective. I even

think going deeper into the bowel. Staying on the maintenance program for life

is recommended! Once a week.

this may sound too vivid but after many years I passed dead long worms that were

14 to 20 inches long and very black which leads me to believe they were very old

and may have been dead and just laying in the bowel not expelling with a

" normal " bowel movement. There was no fecal matter. This was after five years on

the parasite cleanse. So Do not stop! You have only just begun. I would use the

herbs until I stopped expelling and then take a break for 5 or 7 days and then

go right back on them. And sure enough more would come out. Now I am on a longer

break than I want to be, ( I still " sometimes " expel them without any herbs!)

but my current situation isn't great... I will definitely stay on them for life

though! I know I was born with these lovelies as you probably were too. I think

my high levels of mercury allowed them to proliferate. And it will take years

more until I am totally free of them. This is my goal. I can't wait to be free

of them! It

actually took a long time before I saw huge results. I am so much healthier now

though! I wish you the best of luck!

I recommend zapping too!

Blessings, kat
