Guest guest
One thing that can cause a gall bladder attack is the consumption of oily or fatty foods (especially when eating unusually large amount of fat. The gall bladder breaks down fatty foods with bile. My suggestion is that, if you think you are having gall bladder problems, is to avoid eating fatty foods, and, if when do, take note of how you feel afterwards. See if there is a relationship between the amount of fatty food you eat and how you feel. People who have had their gall bladders removed often find that fatty foods make them feel bad.
