I didn't wear a sports bra after surgery except if I was going to exercise.

I wore the ace wrap for 2 weeks, with a surgical bra, then I wore a camisole

type bralette that was somewhat supportive. I suppose you could wear a

sports bra all the time but they make me look flat under clothes, not at all

flattering and I needed to get back to work. My breasts do not sag at all,

they shaped up nice and they are perky, they are somewhat deflated to a

point on the top or upper pole, from prior to implants when I lost lots of

weight and after pregnancy but the nipples point up and I pass the pencil

test ha ha.
