Dr. Kolb,

I may know the answer to this, but thought I should check for sure.

Is it also with the silicone found in the shell as well as liquid

silicone that is broken down with the Inositol? I was just making

sure, since I realize some of your patients have silicone gel, and

this may be a treatment for leaking silicone.

I found some in 500mg and found the dosage on your website too. I was

amazed at how easy the particles flake off my implants after they

were removed, so I want to add the Inositol to my supplements, if it

will work for the solid type too. I wonder about what else is in the

shell besides silicone, is there anything that can be done for that

too, or is it all taken care of together?

Thanks,

Darlene

Inositol should work for the silicone breakdown from the shell on textured

implants. .
