Since names are not shown or given, how could it invade anyone's privacy?

I'd have no problem responding.

The reason I mentioned the Rocket Socks is because they may help a person who

does not have access to custom made AFOs or other orthotics.

Seems we are all new to the poll making, I added a few more questions too and one may be a repeat. Oh well.

I just want to say that I am totally happy with my breasts now, I have no more insecurity. The true test of this came today, when I went and bought one of those chest flattening speedo type swim suits for my new swimming routines. They kick ass, I bought a red one that is reversible to black, it looks oh so good on me, and to think I once thought I would never wear a one piece sport suit cause it would make me flat. Who cares? At least around here no one looks better than me anyhow, I mean fit wise, not to brag but I work it, I rode my bike 40 miles yesterday, I love exercise it is my life.

Well this friday is my 38th birthday, I feel great, I found some wonderful new shoes called Merrills that were recomended to me by podiatrists and they are heavenly, my heel pain is almost gone, looks like this time it was an injury and bad shoes, not implants. I would say other than low back pain ( my mri was normal but shoes some disks that are bulging in that area) I am totally healthy again. It took me almost 2 years, it was worth it, life is great.

I think my hubby bought me a new diamond ring, I will keep you updated, happy b day to me woo hoo!

Love and hugs

You sound stoked, , wow, I can just picture you pumping those leg muscles on your bike, dressed in some serious bike gear, rolling down a tree lined road, heading off into the sunset! ; )

I see the connection to exercise very clearly now. I think my recent experience with the broken ankle and forced inactivity was a good teacher. I am going to give a dedicated exercise program my best shot and see if I can clear up this brain fog again even though it is summer. I am doing 2 miles on my treadmill, followed by a cool down with my head slanted down, follow that with some push ups then an inverted yoga pose, and then a half hour of laps in my pool. At least this will get me started, and I am expecting to see some progress. I'll let you know. ( Somewhere in there I need to fit in the gym classes.)

Happy Birthday! I hope you get your ring! Hey, how about posting the pics of your new swim suit?

Yeah I am stoked, esp to have the nasty foot pain gone again but this time I am so aware of what I need to do to keep it from getting reinjured, no more bad shoes just to look good and be taller ha ha, and also no more running for me, for people with plantar fascitis and achilles tendonitis(which we think I have a touch of both) it is important to avoid anything that causes impact. But swimming and biking are great alternatives.Picture this, your riding your bike down a country road, not flat but not steep just kind of rolling hills, that give you good intensity, the sky is blue, the air is warm but not too hot, perfect, a slight breeze is blowing, on the left is rows and rows of green pastures, they are msotly potato fields, they are so cool looking, now they are blooming and have these tiny white flowers on them, then there is the occasional grain field, and farm house, but on the right, oh my heck the view is too much, rolling fields of alfalfa, hay, grain, potatoes farm houses, horses, cows, spectacular homes, and then modest farm houses, and then in the distance the town of Idaho Falls, and beyond, the blue mountains way far away, and there in the middle of the mountains are 3 peaks, one is obviously the most spectacular, it is the Grand Teton, yeah it is about an hour away but on a clear day it is very easy to see.

THe only thing to interupt this spectacular ride is the occasional farm truck or speeding car ha ha ha.

How is that for visualization. Ya know in Ca as gorgeous as some of my rides were, there was always a traffic light, too many cars, too much smog, too many other bikers. Here there is just pretty much you. I love it, and I better enjoy it cause in a few months all of it will be covered with that pretty and gross stuff called snow ha ha.

Ok seriously now I do believe 100% that exercise is going to do more for you than any other thing you can do. Try not too over do it at first but set goals that are realistic. Don't skip too many days in between, be dedicated, after a few months you will look forward to it, it will be so important to you that it will be automatic. Like this morning I got up at 6:15 hoped on my bike and off I went this time only for an hour and 10 minute ride because damn it was a bit chilly and also I have to work 12 hours today so don't want to over do.

Yesterday I found that with the right bathing suit, a swim cap(yeah they look dumb but who cares?) and goggles for my eyes so the chlorine doesn't burn them, I could kick ass in the pool. I did 60 minutes of laps, followed by 10 minutes with water weights for my arms and then those noodle things so I could work my abdominals. Man it felt so good. Just having all my hair out of my way and protecting my eyes made a huge difference. I am enjoying the change too, while I do love spinning it is nice to add a different thing or two to break it up and keep your body guessing. DId you know that your body actually gets used to things after awhile and not that it isn't good but it just needs a new thing to shock it esp to lose wieght, that is why people get all caught up in that slump where they stop losing, they need to do a new things, sprint, lift heavier weight, anything that would make your body burn extra. I am sure that the ride I did today in the cold helped kick my metabloism up because the cold makes your body work harder to stay warm thus burning more fuel.

I am seriously thinking of becoming a personal trainer, it is on my list of things I plan on doing soon. I want to see how good my health continues to be if it holds where it is then I see no reason not to go for it, I also need to see how my feet do. SO far so good.

I will take some pics of my new suit as soon as I can, and post them. It is cute and yeah I am flat in it, and yeah I don't even care. TIme really does heal all wounds girl, it has for me, the blessings in my life, the trials all have taught me so much and despite the numbers that say implants are more popular than ever, I still feel that at this time, they are not the in thing to do. I just see more and more women that don't have them on TV and I watch allot of the MTV and VH1 shows which are mostly geared toward younger teens and adults.

Natural is in. Breasts will always be in, but wether they are small or big, if they are natural they will always be better than fake. DO I wish I had nice breasts oh sure, I wish I had my own breasts when I was 20, but life takes a toll on that part of our body and it doesn't mean that we are not beautiful anyhow. My hubby told me while large breast will always get attention, in the end it means nothing compared to being with a woman who loves and is passionate and caring, looks mean allot, yes, but you don't have to have big boobs to be a hottie! I consider myself to be a hottie with my little boobies and will never ever stop being proud of what and who I have become.

Ok girl you do your work outs and drink your water and make sure you get some protien and you will be great, I know you will.

Hugs
