The symptoms are paplable folds in the implant close to the skin surface

usually with discomfort. Dents are more common due to subcutaneous

thinning. .

Subject: To Dr. Kolb - question on extrusion and explant

Dear Dr. Kolb,

What would be the symptoms of implant extrusion and could you still

acheive a good explant even if this has happened/happening? I would

think that you would be left with huge dents from where the implant

had thinned your tissue or seperated it?

Thanks for your time,

Keli.
