Remedy for monthly pimples - anyone?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anybody knew of a good cure/helper for monthly

pimples? I don't get a pimple for three weeks and then all of a

sudden I get 3, 4 or 5 and all on the poor chin!!! I know they're

hormonal but surely something must help!?

I thought this was a great place to ask seeing as alot of you are up

on the natural remedies for things.
