Darlene--that info came to late for me, but I know

some people who took Inositol in large amounts

like that. It tended to make one a little nauseous

at first--but not enough that you can't stick with it,

if it affects you that way. That does not mean it's

not working or bad for you--the nauseous feeling

passes after a day or two.

When I first got ill I took the inositol and then later after I got the

implants out I pretty much followed allot of her protocol including inositol

but not the amounts listed here, anyhow it sure cannot hurt you to do it.

I have at various times done some of her protocol and have felt better, I am

doing well now so I do believe that it helped, but I never ever followed it

100%.

Let us know how you do and keep on posting ok?

Did you get a lift too with explant? how are you looking? Are you still

bandaged up?

Keep us up to date

We care

hugs

Hey girl, I just missed you! we must both be on at the same time ;)

I'm not doing ALL of the Protocol either, I'm doing what I think

applies to my situation, and what ever works best for me of course,

it is sure good to have all that to refer too, a lot of elements to

consider trying.

I did not have a lift, Dr. Lee thinks I'll be fine, but in a year we

can still look at that option. I did take a 'peek' a few days ago,

and could see the upper portion of my new breasts, and they looked

fine, the skin is a little loose toward the middle, but they looked

better than I thought.

Yesterday I got my drains out, so glad to be free from that! I saw

more then and I saw just a little pucker but nothing bad at all, and

I can tell that will soon go away as I heal. Dr. Lee put

some 'inside' stitches to help hold things up too, and they seem to

be doing a good job. I noticed today that they look better, they

have a nice from so far. I still have small bandages on. I'm thinking

I'll be an A or small B. Not sure yet. I get my stitches out on tue.

(25th). I guess being prepared for the worst, made seeing my breasts

a pleasant surprise. I hope they will continue to heal ok, and most

of all I will feel better and better each day. I rested a lot today,

I think I over did it yesterday, I need to keep in mind it's only

been a few days!

Well, thanks again for everything, I'll keep you posted, and maybe

send some pics too.

{easy hugs}
