Guest guest
Darlene I know how bad you want to feel better after explant, and I think I told you this before as well, it will take awhile, so don't get too upset about still feeling crappy. In fact I think that you may feel somewhat worse at times before you actually will feel better. You are so soon to be noticing anything, although some women have told me they feel immediate relief, I never did, it took a good month to 3 months to feel any better at all. I would say 6-9 months to feel a big difference and also to like the way I looked. I can't remember if you had a lift or not, so that may make a difference if you didn't have a lift you might like the way you look better and sooner than that. I would say it has taken me a year to 18 months to feel almost totally normal again, and in there I have had relapses of feeling crappy. Make sure you drink lots of water, eat healthy and try to do some detoxing as well when your up to it, rest and be good to yourself, time will heal you and you can speed it along by doing some things like diet, exercise(when you are able to) and supplements etc. Hope this helps. Now let us know how you are doing, keep us posted, and remember that it can be frustrating at times, that is normal, you want to feel better right away, I know even though everyone warned me it would take time, I still wanted to be different, I thought maybe I would be, but I was pretty much like most women, it takes time. I can say I have no more sick flu like feeling at all and that I only have some aching pains left, brain fog is cleared up. I can live with some aches if I have to, I know the implants made me sick, I am so much better now.
