Valerian Root = Piss Hardons

I'm a Carpet Bagger of information, I consider interesting and of

potential benefit to a wider audience, from one site to another. A

sometimes poster at another site has called me a " messenger boy " !

posted about his use of Valerian Root, taken at bed time and

invariably giving him rock hard piss hard ons. Not one to leave

untested anything promoting erections, I purchased a bottle of Nature

Way's Standardized Valerian Extract that same day...I've now been

taking Valerian Root for two weeks and results have exceeded my

expectations.

I have three risk factors for sleep disorder: age, HIV infection and

use of Wellbutrin. I used to take Tylenol PM, but read in

Shippen's " Testosterone Syndrome " that acetaminophen, in men

inhibits liver's degradation of estrogen. So I switched to Tylenol's

Simply Sleep which contains only benadryl.

I started off taking Valerian as replacement for Simply Sleep and

that was ineffective for me and I ended up taking some Ambien after

it was apparent within an hour that I was not going to fall asleep.

Resumed my regular routine of two Simply Sleep Caplets 1.5 - 2 hrs

befor going to bed and generally I'm asleep immediately. Just before

cutting lights out I take two Valerian capsules.

I've been dreaming alot more than I recall and aware of more nocturnal

erections (NEs). My spin on effect of Valerian for me would be that

I'm put into a very deep, REM phase sleep, when we dream and when NEs

occur. I've been having some piss hardons too and the material below

gives a succinct explanation.

I do take ~5 gms L-Arginine at bed time....I haven't thrown my cock

pump out.

NB! Of all erections men have, NEs are the most important IMO. We

have no control over NEs and they are on their own mission, hopefully

making our cocks healthier and functioning better.
