Just a note on the ozone adjustments.

If your ozone machine does not have an adjustment the other way you adjust it is

to turn down the oxygen output.

In fact to leave the ozone machine on high and the oxygen on very low is usually

the best way because you get low flow and higher O3 concentration.

And i have gotten machine from synergy systems out of Nashville.

They are the same as promolife, in fact they make them for PromoLife.

You can go to youtube and search promolife and see the machine and instructional

videos.

Sysnergy also sells them online for about $800 and on ebay for less and if you

get their number from ebay an call or email them probably even less.

They are high quality machines .

In ebay search ozone generator stage (because they list them single stage and

dual stage)

Clear info: if your machine doesn't have that setting, you can't do the

Those who suggested that you do anything other than Dr. stuff with a

Dr. type ozonator, should not be taken seriously. They don't know

what they are talking about. " Just try it, " is just not safe enough for

medical appications of things.

Body bagging is NOT the same type of thing as insufflation (rectal,

vaginal or ear). Dr. talks about body-bagging, and bagging a limb.

She describes how to do it. So you can do that with the machine bought for

Dr. type of ozonation. You can ozonate olive oil with it, etc. And

you can ozonate your food with it. Do her protocols with her type of

machine.

If she doesn't talk about drinking ozonated water (I forget if she does,

but I didn't think so), then it can't be done with her type of machine.

She doesn't talk about insufflation, so her machine is not designed and

selected for it.

Think of it this way: flowing the ozone directly in your body

(insufflation of ear, vagina or rectum) is a completely different set of

requirements on your equimpent, than putting ozone ON your body.

Dr. 's ozonator is NOT to be used for insufflation.

If you believe you need to do insufflation, you need to get the right

equipment for it.

costs $2000 or so. However, since we can't all train to be professors in

every single type of alternative therapy we want to use for our health, we

HAVE to listen to experts, even if these experts want to push their own

products, MAINLY because there are no other experts out there. (And quite

frankly, if an expert didn't tell you where to get the equipment for the

treamtment, that would be even worse!)

Arthur believes in his body-zappicator, and praises it here. It's the only

body-zappicator around, so why should I use a food-zappicator made by

someone else on my body, when I don't have any decent information on

whether or not that is safe? In this case, I buy Arthur's zappicator, so I

know for certain I can use zappication safely on myself. I am paying for

the knowledge that I can't acquire for myself with the same amount of

accuracy, as he did for X amount of years experimenting with this

technology and gathering information.

Dr Pressman did the same thing. Yes, his machine is expensive. But staying

sick is even more expensive. And it is fortunately up to each and every

one of us to make up our own minds on whether or not we want to invest in

his materials, so we can do insufflation safely. No one can make you do

anything.

The only thing I would strongly advise is to use the right equipment for

the therapy you are undertaking. If you don't have it, don't do it with

inferior equipment. UNLESS you have enough information to satisfy yourself

that what you are doing is safe to yourself.

We don't have to invent the wheel for ourselves. And we can't! It's great

there are people working on different wheels out there, and we can dip in

to their knowledge by using their stuff and advice. All we have to do is

make our choices on who is giving us the right advice and go with that. We

have to stay critcal and ask questions. (as you do)

I also chose not to do harm to myself. You are smart to use that as a

starting point for your research.

In short:

Use a Dr ozonator to do Dr. protocols: body bagging, ozonating

foods and oil.

Use a dedicated safe ozonator for protocols that are perscribed by others.

that's my advice.

The small air-fed ozone generators Dr. used have no such oxygen

adjustments, nor are they needed. I believe that the oxygen-fed " medical

grade " units discussed below are not needed for Dr. 's protocols.

Where can I find such a dr protocol?

And someone mentioned getting a prozonator from the dr store and I was

wondering where I could also find that?
