Guest guest
Stop the Anger How you deal with anger may have an important impact on your health. In a study of more than 1,000 men published in the April 22, 2002 issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers found that men who became the angriest were more than six times more likely to have a heart attack before the age of 55 when compared with men who became the least angry. Learn to control your anger. It's better for you and those around you. If you have trouble dealing with stressful situations, seek professional help.- M.
