Guest guest
Hi Ladies, 'Wanted to let you know that a couple of years ago, I went through a period of bones in my feet breaking while I was in bed asleep. I was astounded, yet my PCP said he had seen this fairly often with BI patients, ans not necessarily the ones on some kind of steroids, which I was not taking at the time. His reasoning is that steroids will turn your bones to 'dust'! So, there really was no reasonable explanation for my bones breaking while I slept.....yet, it happened 3 times! Guest guest
, Fibromyalgia can be cured . . . Actually, it's not a disease, but a collection of symptoms (a Syndrome) with enough in common to be given a name. It shows up afer toxin exposure, accidents, major stress, etc. . . IMHO, things that cause us to develop a sleep deficiency for an extended period. For myself, I can manage my FM until I don't know I have it. . . Even my massage therapist says I don't feel at all like a FM patient anymore. The big change came when I started supplementing with magnesium. Here's a website where you can get an incredible amount of information about Magnesium. http://www.magnesiumresearchlab.com/ I met this doctor through a website for Erythromelagia. He established this research lab as he found the answers to his own health problems. He has information you can give to your doctors, and, if I remember right, will talk to your doctor. With the information I gained there, my EM is gone! Magnesium is required for the production of over 300 enzymes our body needs. Very, very important . . . And, as it turns out, our modern diet is very deficient in it! It's a wonder that everyone isn't developing FM . . . OR are they? Guest guest
Annie, My insurance pays for almost all my medical care . . . but I still don't like it when a doctor orders a bunch of tests (many just run by my primary care doctor), then doesn't bother giving me the results. I finally went by and picked up a copy. But, based on the time it took them to copy them, feel that I got a sanitized copy of my records. All in all, my insurance company spent $4000 trying to find out why my feet were burning. When I figured it out for myself, (magnesium deficiency), and took the information to my primary care doctor, she recommended a naturopathic doctor. . . . I've been doing great since then! It's a rare rheumy who will acknowledge the implant connection, or advise a patient to have them removed. That's a doctor worth staying with. Most of us haven't been that fortunate! My thyroid problems, as well as my early osteoporosis have cleared up since getting explanted, detoxing and supplementing with Magnesium. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover naturopathic care or supplements! . . . That's OK though . . . as long as I'm doing this well, I'll pay the bill! I just wish it was at least tax deductible . . . But the AMA is going to use their political clout to keep that from happening. Guest guest
, That is so true! . . . Until you get your implants out, you're just treading water . . . But, hopefully you can keep from getting worse while you wait. You can supplement Magnesium up to the point of diarrea. Then back off. Just be sure you are using 2 parts Calcium to 1 part Magnesium. Dr. M went up to 13,000 mg a day before backing off! Hugs, Rogene
