My opinion is this, if that is what she wants to do, then fine, it is her life and her money, but one day she will regret the boobs, I personally don't think it is bad to get a nose job at all, I mean her nose was pretty bad before.

I think nose jobs, facelifts etc are really ok if that is what people want to do, even if they want implants, I feel if they know and are willing to accept the real risks then fine, let them do it, but I feel that the medical community is being irresponsible in informing the public about the real price of implants.

Aug. 22 — Neikie Reno, 33, spent more than $83,000 on plastic surgery procedures until she got the face and figure she always wanted.

Reno's obsession with plastic surgery began with her nose — she always hated it and in her late 20s she decided it was time to change it. When the swelling went down, Reno fell in love with her slimmer new nose and that led her to undergo facial surgery, four breast augmentations, liposuction and eight other procedures. Reno told ABCNEWS' Good Morning America that she started thinking about having rhinoplasty at 16, after she was taunted by a schoolboy about her "big" nose. "Everyone isn't born beautiful," said Reno, who is now hoping to start a modeling career. "I don't think that there's a limit, as long as you make yourself feel confident," she said. Reno fell heavily into debt over her surgeries. She took out loans to pay for her total-body makeover.

Dr. Pamela Lipkin, the plastic surgeon who perfomed most of Reno's surgery, says her patient is pleased with the results of her surgery and plans to stay with her current look. "It is not the amount," Lipkin said. "It's the end result. Neikie doesn't look like a plastic surgery junkie."

Reno's surgeries were all outpatient procedures, done at the office. She was particularly pleased with the results of her eye surgery, in which fat was removed from her lids. The procedure opened up her eyes. She followed it up with an eyebrow lift and the removal of a chicken pox scar between her eyes. Reno also had "buckle fat" removed — the fat from the middle of the face cheeks — and had cheek implants. The aspiring model feels more confident and holds her head high, something she didn't do in public before the surgeries. Reno said she is finally satisfied with her appearance — "I'm complete."
