Squishy sound

If anyone can help me figure this one out. I still have my implants

but I am going to have them removed next year. When I lift my right

arm or extend it as if to do a chest fly my right breast makes this

squishy sound it sounds like it is coming from the top around the

cleavage area. Also this is the breast that I am experiencing some

pain under the crease and inside the breast at times. It is also

become slightly larger than the other side. At times I also feel the

pain right under my ribcage. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks,
