Do you by any chance have further information on this treatment as to

how to use it exactly or do you have a copy of the newsletter? I

could not locate an archive on his website.

Thanks, Bonnie

Dr. n Whitaker,MD reported in his newsletter Health & Healing in

1995 that he had Basal Cell Carcinoma on his ear and successfully

treated it with retnol, Vitamin C and DMSO gel to make a topical

paste applied twice a day.

Hi Bonnie,

His website does not have issues of the newsletter on line. In his Health &

Healing of August 1995. He does not give quantities just states he mixed " some

shark cartilage and a little vitamin C with DMSO into a paste and applied it

daily. "

He states later that DMSO can be used intravenously, mixed with IV fluids, given

intranuscularly or subcutaneously as an injection, or taken orally mixed with

fruit juice. It can be used topically for arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, and

blunt trauma. He recommends diluting it to a 50 to 70% solution with distilled

water. Although DMSO has no toxicity, it may cause local skin irritation in some

people , and if you use it on the face. DMSO's only interaction

is with Clinoril an anti-inflammatory drug. DMSO has a garlic odor an takes

whatever is on the skin into the skin, so make sure you wash the area of the

skin so that it is clean.
