Guest guest
I am not sure if we have talked about the fact that all of our immune systems have a memory and that when we get sick again even with a cold or whatever that is why all the old symptoms seem to come flooding back. I was talking with my PT today and she said especially pain the gates are always open even when there is no pain, but one sickness or flare up and those gates can start working again. I have found this to really be true, like today I felt very spacey with my sore throat and I think my immune system just remembers the illness and so I get little flare ups I must tell you though the dexamethasone is the best thing ever for this heel pain it is utterly amazine and very safe. It is just rubbed on and then the ultrasound machine is used to get it to go into the ligaments and fascia in the foot. I also have these little crunchy things when you rub on my feet and she said that the muscle is very tight, no woner I get all that pain. Anyhow the great news I got is that I have met my out of pocket deductable for this year and it is only september, so lots of free therapy for the rest of the year. I am taking full advantage and going at least 2x a week for this foot massage treatments it feels so good. I love it. We are also doing some nerve stimulators on my achey low back, these are nice too. I am so glad I found these people !!! I highly recomend these treatments for anyone with pain esp injury related stuff. this is the best my feet have felt in along time! I also cannot live without my birkies, they are so comfy I love them. I think they are really great for anyone like me with flat feet or fallen arches from high heels for years and years. Man what I used to wear on my feet was really crazy all those stilettos in the 80's what was I thinking of?NO MORE, I love my birkies and they are cute after you get used to them and all. hugs
