Guest guest Posted September 11, 2002 Report Share Posted September 11, 2002 I wanted to let you guys know that since I have been doing my dexamethasone with ultrasound treatments my plantar fascitis is almost gone again, I am kind of holding my breath to see what happens next but so far my regimine has been helping so much. I want to encourage anyone with this condition to consider seeing a PT who will do this treatment, it not only helps but it feels so good! I am so happy to be getting rid of the pain in my heels but now I am sick again with a sore throat , I feel like my immune system is not working very good lately, sometimes I believe it is just from the hospital and working around so many sick people, including my co-workers who come to work sick too, but also I feel like being exposed to all the germs there is a part of it. I also feel the stress I have been under lately with the foot thing and then work, and personal stuff and also computer stuff, has really put me on edge and is part of my getting these colds and sore throats all the time. I hate it, so if anyone has some simple remedies for sore throats let me know. I am doing the basic things like juicing and drinking lots of fresh water and taking vitamin C.
