Hi,

I just wanted to say that I have been feeling really good lately, and I have noticed that my usually present, on again, off again brain fog has been absent for a couple weeks now! Even through my last period.

I started paying attention to food sensitivities and any slight reactions that I noticed after eating certain foods, and decided to entirely cut them out of my diet. I have cut out potatoes, corn, chocolate (again), dairy products (cheese is the hardest one, like when you sprinkle parmesan cheese in the Caesars salad), nuts, eggs, bananas, and any food coloring. Also almost all bread. I have also been actually dieting very successfully, I don't know what happened, but I have been imbued with a super willpower that will not let me cheat the slightest bit, so I have been existing on small amounts of fruits and vegetables and tea throughout the day, and have lost 7 pounds. Yayyyyyyy! This is while continuing my walks and other exercises.

One more thing I have done recently to combat any possible fungal infection is to take grapefruit seed extract. I have had this stuff in my pantry for months, but it tastes so ghastly that I can't bring myself to take it. However, I came upon the idea to put the liquid drops into an empty vitamin capsule, and voila! I can take it! I think I am actually going to be able to empty that bottle finally.

Well, that's about it. I am just so excited about the fact that my brain fog has been gone again after my recent horrible bout with it. I have been feeling very normal, very good, very healthy. Thought I would just spread some encouragement around!
