My former PS did not get it in the crease and second, removed so much skin and tissue that there was nothing left to fold over and hide the damn scar. He took out a good deal of good skin and tissue to make room for the implant, when I had problems with the implant and got them taken out, he blamed me and said if I didn't get the implants out--I wouldn't see as much of the bottom scar. My scars were fat with railroad tracks--even the areolas and vertical scars. Now I have the same scars--just skinnier. So there you have it.Take care,-Marie
