Hi Patty:

Thanks for your kind words. It's not so much that I embarrassed my father (he lives overseas and I don't know him or his friends too well) but he thinks because I'm apparently too inept to choose a reputable PS to go to that I basically deserved what I got and that if this is how I conduct myself in making decisions, I'm too stupid to attend law school and that he will not pay my tuition. Also, British folks keep that "stiff upper lip" and find it's in bad taste to air one's dirty laundry publicly.
