Hi. I guess what's important is that the patient who's undergoing plastic surgery gets good results, right?

I was not given an inverted T--I have LARGE LONG (8 3/4 inches long) anchor scars and outside (metal) stitches were used on my breast and I ended up with railroad track marks and FAT scars--I was told (by the PS) these scars were like this due to my "genetic make-up"--this is not so. I was also told that I needed an anchor mastopexy because my nipples were too low. Since this time, I consulted with some top PS who have put in my medical records that the *mastopexy* that was performed on me was inappropriately done. There were no reasons for me to have this type of mastopexy as a vertical would have been appropriate. I don't have much regard for *all* medical literature simply because it's published in a medical book. Those same "books" tell women implants are safe and that if blood tests come back in the "normal range" all is OK. For example, we all know there is such a thing as sub-clinical thyroid conditions.

Sorry, I don't mean to be augmentative, I've just seen too many women getting screwed by PS's and having bad results that is blamed on the patient and the PS does not take responsibility.

Take care.

-Marie: I have 20 years experience with plastic surgery and I know from experience that a vertical mastopexy is not always going to work. So does Feng and the other surgeons who perform thousands of explants and mastopexies. I am not defending what was done for you but I am going to continue to explain the art and science of plastic surgery to those who would like to understand the different kinds of mastopexies and why we do them. If your surgeon has a preference that is well and good but to state that anchor mastopexies and external sutures should never be used shows that he has much to learn and maybe should do a few thousand explants and mastopexies in order to broaden his experience. I have had to do two anchor mastopexies in 10 years and for these patients no one including your surgeon could have done a vertical and gotton a good result. Read the two references that I gave you if you wish to understand the scientific concepts that we are dealing with in surgery. Or not if your mind is made up irregardless of the evidence. .

Hi Dr. Kolb I spoke with you on the phone regarding the protocol

this week. I wanted to thank you for taking your time to call. I

will call you this weekend or Tuesday with the protocol in front of

me so that you can guide me thorough it. Thanks, Ari

Hi Dr. Kolb, I have had saline implants for almost 4 years now and

have been showing symptoms for over two. It's only now that I'm

associating the symptoms (numbness in my arms and legs, dull pain in

limbs, cold purple and white toes and fingers, short term memory

loss and brain fog) with the implants as I've been through tests

galore and no one can find anything wrong with me. I find it very

saddening as I it took me 10 years to finally decide to get the

implants (my 30th BD present to myself) and I have loved the results

and have had no other problems. I read the silicon immune protocol

and was wondering if I should follow level 1. I do a 7 day fast

twice a year, is that enough? I am considering explantation but am

very nervous of what the result would be.

thanks,

I have mentor smooth round 350cc.

Please let me know what to take for an antifungal program. I've

been buying everything required for the immune protocol. Is there

anything I don't need?

specific recommendations. .
