Guest guest
Hello everyone! Well, for the entire wknd, since Fri night, I have been unable to get online. I called MSN and was told that a server was down in Tucson and it should be fixed by early Sun AM. So, yesterday, I tried late AM, and still couldn't get on. Sooooo, I called MSN AGAIN, and no one could tell me if the server was still down. But I had 4 tech support people trying to walk me through a manual connection. This took about 2 hrs. Then, when this manual connection still wouldn't let me connect to the internet, I called a 5th time, and this woman told me that my acct had a red flag; that it had been cx'd. I was livid because I had just spent close to 2 hrs on and off the phone with tech support, and not one person had told me that my acct was cx'd; hence the reason I was unable to get online. So, I got in touch with someone who was supposed to re-enable my acct, but their servers were down, and he couldn't do anything to help me. Apparently, when I cx'd my MSN acct on 9/30, it never went through, and then on 10/4, I talked to MSN and told them that I didn't want to cx my acct. They assurred me that my acct was active and current. Well, MSN has been doing upgrades, and apparently, my acct was cx'd during these upgrades. I found out today that they could not re-enable my acct, and therefore, had to start all over with a new email address. For the last 4 hrs, I have been trying to provision my acct and it's just been a nightmare. I swear, I was on the verge of having a stroke!! Finally, I think everything is working (although I'm not holding my breath). But because of this mess, I did have to get a new email address. So, please make note of it, and hopefully, this one will work, or I really will have a stroke!!! My new email address is: justinerene1@... Please let me know if anyone is having trouble emailing me with this address. e
