Dear Ilena: Pray all is going well for you and your family. I just got the news that the Lupus is attaching my heart. Particularly The mitral valve and tricuspid value(which are the valves they are requesting for autopsy) and I have pulmonary hypertension with an enlarged heart. This isn't good news and is very hard to treat. I understand that Dr. Shanklin in Tennessee and Dr. Samlle (spl) are doing research on this. Do you have any information on their research?
