Guest guest
-- As you know from the past, I drink daily coffee, but mostly just a cup or two first thing in the morning. However--my daughter can't drink it at all; she was very "addicted" to it and went through all the withdrawal problems that you did. She tried limiting her intake, but couldn't so went off it it completely and switched to tea. If we do have coffee from the many shops available in CA, she orders caffeine-free. I did change to decaf for about a year and it didn't appear to bother me as far as addiction is concerned--but I was better physicially when I changed back to regular coffee--my doc even noticed the difference and asked about it-- he commented that coffee and aspirin seem to offer the most people changes for the better. That was accompanied by a laugh and perplexed look. From what I've read, regular black tea is high in antioxidants so if you do not take regular antioxidants, that would likely be a direction to head. . then read up on some of the others. Tea, of course, can contain caffeine or not--so it's another trial and error thing. I don't know the difference in amounts of caffeine or chemicals. Guest guest
Hi , I gave up coffee and actually all caffine products 5 years ago. It really is dreadful for your health!!! It really is hard but was the best thing I ever did (and I know all the caffine withdrawl is terrible!). I drink Braggs apple cider vinegar, raw honey and water now. It takes a bit of getting used to but it truely is the drink of health. ø¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸ ¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø Don't predict the future.
