Very interesting about the hormones they discuss in this article. I have been using weights for years about once a week, but until recently started using them in my workouts every other day. Even with thyroid problems, what a difference! Dr. Mercola has always advised me to stick with an adequate(not massive ) amounts of protein with every meal, tons of fresh veggies (mostly not cooked) fruits, and staying away from processed low carbs & sugar since I have been seeing him, and his lifestyle maintenance eating plan is all about this type of eating you sent in everyday-esp. if you work out, and esp. if you are sick and need to detox. Very informative. thanks
