Hello,

I just returned from my chiropractors and asked again about the smoothie he used

for his daughter, she was there today as well. His daughter said the kernels

upset her stomach when taken alone but did not bother her in a smoothie. She

also said her mom would put themin some Oatmeal crisp with almonds cereal for

her and the kernals did not bother her that way either.

The doc said to take about a cup or more of Rice Milk mix with any kind of fresh

or frozen fruit and add about 6 or 7 kernels. That's it. He said a lot of

grocery stores carry the Rice Milk usually by the refrigerated pastries but I

did not find any at the store today. He told me of a health food store that I go

to who carries it so you might want to check around for it. I have been staying

away from soy & trying to avoid dairy except for the flax oil & yogurt. I asked

him if the Rice Milk tasted like regular milk and he said no, that it has a

taste all it's own. I'm going to give the smoothies a try since I still have

half a pound of kernels left.

I would like to hear from anyone who has used the rice milk about what they

think of it.

Regards,

Eileen
