Guest guest
Couple of more questions for you if you don't mind. I am wondering what you think about weight lifting in regard to chest exercises that I do, and if you think it is wise or not to build up pectoral muscles that have been traumatized as mine obviously have. Why do you think that I can still feel the sore spots when I lift heavy weights? I am also curious, esp. with your heavy schedule if you are a workout person? Do you find it uncomfortable to lift weights with implants? Last thing I was wondering, you mentioned that fasting is the best way to get rid of pain. Do you have pain ever anymore? Is this when you fast? When you fast is there anything unparticular that you do eat or is it nothing at all? I find that I have low blood sugar when I fast and also am not strong enough to work out, so would you recommend if I do a fast to just forget working out for that period of time? How do you protect yourself from becoming dehydrated? I mean I drink tons, of water, but still it seems that you will lose water rapidly on a fast. Maybe I should call you to get a better idea of a fast program, are you willing to discuss this issue with me if I was to call you? thanks, Hope you have a quiet day on call tomorrow! Take care
Guest guest
You don't walk or do any physical activities at all? I guess with your schedule it would be tough. thanks ----- Original Message ----- From: Dr. Kolb Sent: Sunday, October 13, 2002 9:03 AM Subject: RE: Dr Kolb I do not know of any problems with working out unless it is uncomfortable. You can drink water on a fast and master cleanser has maple syrup in it so hypoglycemia is not an issue. I do not work out except in surgery. . -----Original Message-----From: Heer [mailto:idagirl@...]Sent: Sunday, October 13, 2002 12:31 AM Subject: Dr Kolb Couple of more questions for you if you don't mind. Guest guest
: It varies according to my intuition. There is no set pattern. . -----Original Message-----From: Heer [mailto:idagirl@...]Sent: Sunday, October 13, 2002 9:13 PM Subject: Dr Kolb : can you share with the group how much of your protocol you follow? Do you take all the things on the protocol everyday of your life? Do you ever take a break from it? I am very curious about exactly how you are able to fend off illness with your implants. I think it would be great if you could tell us more about your routine . Thanks
