Guest guest
My wife has been taking Transfer Factor Plus exclusively after a recurrance of breast cancer in 2000. The TF contains IP-6, beta glucans, as well as the mushrooms, which is the main ingredeint in the MGN-3 She purchases from 4-Life http://www.my4life.com/rs4life Her tumor markers have been coming down consistently each month since September. She takes 4 capsules per day. She tried IP-6 alone with no noticeable results JR __________________________________________________
Guest guest
JR.... would you mind giving me more info on your wife's recurrence in 2000. I also am dealing with a recurrence pf breast cancer. Where did it reoccure? Did she have further treatment? Is she in a remission and trying to maintain that remission??? Or does she have a tumor load somewhere in the body and Transfer factor plus is helping to reduse that load as evidenced by her markers going down. Thanks for any help you can give me. She takes 4 capsules per day. Hi, I notice that transfer factor plus contains shitake mushroom extract. Extracts from the shitake mushroom are not orally available, meaning that the body can not absorb the shitake extract, making it useless. In Japan extracts from shitake mushroom are only given by injection, never orally. Manufacturers, doctors and naturopaths should wake up to this proven fact. Also shitake glucans rapidly degrade when stored at 20 deg C or room temperature, so they need constant refrigeration. Also the amount of beta glucan in the product is not stated. Generally a dose response curve is seen with beta glucan meaning more works better than less. 2gm beta glucan is often taken by people with cancer with up to 10 gms vitamin C. It is probably cheaper to buy beta glucan and transfer factor separately. In my opinion beta glucan is far superior to transfer factor and the beta glucan must be taken with lots of vitamin C and the vitamin C must be taken several times a day. Transfer factor is secondary immune support compared to beta glucan which is primary support as beta glucan can indirectly activate many types of immune cells, including NK cells and macrophage cells, but Transfer Factor can only activate NK Cells and not macrophage cells, which control the rest of the immune system. Even though our wife responded, in many patients, the cancer protection mechanisms of slime and platelet adherence prevent a beta glucan activated immune system from getting to the tumor, that is why enzyme therapy and heparin are important - to remove the tumor defence against the immune system. I am pleased her tumor markers are coming down. My sister still takes 20 cents worth of beta glucan or 0.5 grams daily to prevent any return of her cancer. moonbeam Can you tell me the price of Transfer Factor Plus > > She purchases from 4-Life > > http://www.my4life.com/rs4life > > > > > JR > > > > __________________________________________________ >
Guest guest
Judy, Pamela had fluid build up in her lung cavity, where the breast cancer cells moved to. The fluid was positive for breast cancer cells. She didnt have another tumor in her breast. She had a drain put in and pleural sclerosis to remove the fluid. She had been taking tamoxifen, which the doctor has since taken her off. Cat scans and bone scan proved negative for any other tumors. her tumor markers have been reduced from 1100 to 780 and Ca 27-29 was reduced from 35 to 12 since taking TF Plus at 4 capsules per day. Her oncologist is monitoring her to see if it necessary to remove her ovaries since her cancer is estrogen receptor positive. if her blood markers continue to come down hopefully this wont be necessary. i'll be happy to provide additional info if you like JR --- JudyK <uno-man@...> wrote: > JR.... would you mind giving me more info on your wife's recurrence > in 2000. > I also am dealing with a recurrence pf breast cancer.
