Marcy,

It's so nice to know one is not alone in dealing with yuck. I haven't tried the

art on an open lesion yet. I guess I don't have the right oil soluble kind, per

's recent post. But you may be interested to know that I have tried all

kinds of other things - liquid dmso, powered/liquid cesium w/dmso, msm lotion

from the place that now fulfills Barefoot's calcium infomercial orders (great

stuff, BTW, more natural than healthfood store stuff), Tea Tree Therapy

Antiseptic Cream from the healthfood store, hydrogen peroxide, aloe vera gel,

vitamin E, homeopathic tlacote water from Ainsworth's in England, Young Living

frankincense/lavender/etc. essential oils, coconut oil, and probably more.

The only things that seemed very irritating were the powered cesium and the

liquid dmso. The gel dmso is not a problem for me. Everything else has either

been soothing, no effect, or only midly irritating. If there is irritation, you

can always wash it off, or put aloe vera on it. Most things are not irritating.

If they are, usually they can also be soothing.

I have found the Tea Tree Therapy Antiseptic Cream amazingly soothing, even

though it sort of stings at first. Also, the hydrogen peroxide can be soothing.

My latest experiment was with Gamma Tocopherol vitamin E. This has been the most

soothing of all. Sometimes I hesitate to take a shower because it just dissolves

attempts at scabs, and leaves the skin painfully raw. However, the Gamma

Tocopherol (I get it from the Life Extension Foundation) soothes this as nothing

has in the past.

(Sigh) nothing seems to remain the same, so I wouldn't be surprised if in a few

days or weeks, the Gamma also proves less effective. But for now, it seems to

help a lot. Also, Gamma is supposed to help against cancer, in a different and

considerably more effective way than other forms of E.

I guess the only thing I would definitely not put on any breast tumor or open

lesion are escharotics like cansema or the macrobiotic poultices. Apparently

they have cured people of cancer or otherwise helped them, but there seems to be

an inherent risk, besides guaranteed pain for any substantial tumor. One doctor

told me that if you do that, it can eat into the cancer pathways, and actually

spread the tumor later on via those pathways, if this makes sense. He explained

it a little differently. I wasn't sure what to think, but it seemed logical,

even if he was advocating a different sort of cancer cure.

Hi , and thanks for your response.

The CA in question is breast CA and some of the tumors are clearly

visible due to an open lesion that never healed after three

applications of Two Feathers Healing Formula (aka Compound X) over a

year ago. The tumors constantly ooze small amounts of " yuck " .

There are also other palpable tumors just under the skin surrounding

the lesion site. I was thinking of applying the artemisinin & DMSO

on these first. I'm a bit apprehensive about putting it on the open

lesion as the area is raw and painful to the touch.

Was it you who suggested artesunate instead on artemisinin? Which of

the Wellcare products do you think would be best given my

circumstance?

I had a lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsies in 1998. One year

later a mammogram detected more tumors. I've refused chemo and

radiation, and now I also refuse mammograms.

Thanks for your input, and also many thanks to all those who

responded to my initial post.
