Dear Jean

I get the feeling that maybe I am not making myself clear, or that you are

not understanding so let me go ahead once more. The way that things went I

knew I was going to Feng, I had no doubts, I scheduled my surgery and my

consult ahead of time about one month. When I got the appt I mailed them a

deposit of $1,000 and then I paid the rest once I was in Cleveland. I am not

sure why you find this so amazing, to me this is how business is done with

elective procedures. I didn't mind because to me, Dr Feng was so highly

recommended and so wonderful a surgeon with such a great reputation that I

didn't have any doubt about my choice. She took 4 hours with me for my

consult once I was there, she was so kind and compassionate, and quite

honestly, for me, my own opinion, I just would not feel comfortable with a

surgeon who has implants. One of the things I found so great about Feng's

office, her nurse, her receptionist, they were all small chested, flat, and

attractive, natural women, looked like what I wanted to look like and that

meant so much to me. I didn't care about sending money to them, what

difference did it make, I was going to pay them once I got there anyhow! It

was like a deposit on my surgery , it made it easy for me too, because I

felt like at least I was almost there. Anyhow I think that no matter what

anyone wants to say, to me, it was very hard at the time, to even look at

someone with implants, and esp. it was hard to imagine having to see anyone

with big boobs at the time, it was refreshing to see all these small chested

classy ladies at Fengs clinic. Really made me feel good about it. She spent

time with me showing me tons of before and after pics and telling me exactly

what would happen with my surgery. After my surgery she came and held my

hand and comforted me, she told me she had to work so hard to get the

implants out but that she did and that she new I was going to get better.

She called to check on me at my hotel and when I was ready she came in to

the office on a Saturday afternoon to take my drains out. She comforted me

and was very kind, once I was home she called me to check on me and sent me

a gift at Christmas time last year, a year after my surgery! Anyhow I just

felt very pampered and it was a good experience and yes, it was worth what I

spent.

I hope that this clears things up.

Hugs
