Hi-I know this isn't an herbal treatment but it works for me. I picture the stomach acid in my esophagus and see it going back down into my stomach. As I feel it lowering I say that it is to remain in my stomach where it belongs and can benefit my body. Sounds crazy maybe but it works consistently with me 3 to 4 times a week.

This procedure may not be herbal but it is alternative. Congrats to you

on finding a solution that works for you. It really is amazing what one

can do with visualization.

This is a form of biofeedback or meditation. It definitely does help to include this in any healing regimen.
