morning sickness is usually--basically a deficiency in folic acid,

which a new mother needs NOW. she should sip tomato juiice

[or diluted orange juice] and nibble plain soda crackers all

morning...stay in bed...it takes about ten days tgo to feel better.

[[my doctor went to the U of Ala in Birmingham]]sometimes they have

to xhange the vitamins too.
