When I first got my cold, I wanted to go to my Holistic doctor. I had heard that he was no longer practicing main stream medicine so I called him up and when he called me back, he said that he was back in school and only practicing preventative medicine and was not taking insurance of any kind because the wouldn't pay for anything anyway. Wow.So, instead of going to him for my cold I found found a "regular" doctor and went to him. BIG MISTAKE!!!In the meantime, I was taking the Super Tonic that I made and that seemed to be helping me. When I got to this new doctor, he asked the usual questions like - what medicines are you taking and I said NONE. You know everyone my age is on at least 5 medicines. He said "That is amazing" GEEZ! Anyway, I said, doctor, my spleen hurts and he looked at me

like I had just landed on some alien space craft. That was the end of my visit which cost me $90.00 which medicare pays part of. I knew better, why did I do it?I called my sister up and she said those doctors do not know anything about the lymphatic system. So, she has been doing lymphatic clearing on me for several weeks but my spleen still hurts. What can I do about my poor spleen?I want to make my second batch of Super Tonic - I was finally able to get to the store and get the RAW ACV but now I don't have the energy...or the get up and go to do it. And, next week, I have to drive to land to visit some friends that I haven't seen for quite a while. I need to get away from here for awhile.Oh well, I'm a mess but need to fix my spleen which is the worst symptom I have. Been drinking lots of water with lemon in it and taking the Super Tonic 3x a

day.Anne

Hi Anne,

Diaphoretics teas or fresh parsley juice will be really good for your

spleen. Specifically, barberry, chamomile, hyssop, and of course,

parsley. Then you might also consider doing a 3-day juice cleanse or 6

day if you feel up to it.

Sorry to hear that all your doctors are bailing out on you. Guess you're

just to healthy for them. ;-)

Let us know how it goes Anne and peace be with you.
