Guest guest
Rik, I think your lymph is just doing its job. When the nodes are filtering some toxins, whether they be virus or something else entirely, they get larger. To help it drain, try some caster oil fomentations. Because you have no tonsils the glands in your throat have to do the job all by themselves. Yes a castor oil pack on your neck will help to draw out the toxins and help to clear out the congestions. Just soak a flannel in some, as hot as you can stand it, castor oil wringing it out slightly so it isn't all drippy and place it on your throat. Cover your throat with plastic wrap and leave on all night. You may have to do this more than once but it will work at getting the lymph flowing again. By all means you can do the liver/gall bladder cleanse while handling this. It will help as well. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Fold up a piece of flannel to fit the area. Soak it in caster oil. Place it over the area and wrap with plastic wrap to hold it in place.
