I love hibiscus tea, so please feel free to share any more combinations you've come up with. I will have to try it with ginger and cardamom. Sounds yummy. Thanks.

To sweeten it up and add flavor I added about two tablespoons of a tea I had made earlier which consisted of greentea, hibiscus, ginger and cardamon (yummy). She enjoyed it, slept pretty well and her neck and shoulder was in good shape the following morning.I've been experimenting with combinations of herbs for teas. I love the fruity taste hibiscus has. I also enjoy the spices found in chai like teas.
