I fixed her some tea befor she went to bed consisting of aproximately 2parts valerian root, and one part each of catnip and chamomile. To sweeten it up and add flavor I added about two tablespoons of a tea I had made earlier which consisted of greentea, hibiscus, ginger and cardamon (yummy). She enjoyed it, slept pretty well and her neck and shoulder was in good shape the following morning. I've been experimenting with combinations of herbs for teas. I love the fruity taste hibiscus has. I also enjoy the spices found in chai like teas. If anyone has any combinations they've tried I'd love to hear about them. -- Peace!! - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Herbs, Oils & More: http://www.greenladysgarden.com Wholesale Web Hosting: http://www.accessiblehosting.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------
