Guest guest
Heh, you and me and the shining day...we'll get there, darnit! I have sciatica bad, as well as other nasty pains I get that make it difficult or impossible to move my head and arms. Docs couldn't tell me what it was (years and years ago), but just recently I learned something: It flares up when I have sugar! I got the idea, and quit eating sugar for a whole day, and the next day I felt better...so I waited another day, then ate a candy bar, and wham! Within an hour, it was back. So there's an idea, and if it's cheap enough for me, anybody can afford it, heh...Stay the heck away from sugar! (Oh, and lots of water--that's always a good bet too.
