I had a bout of it when was a puppy, and those sharp little claws didn't help my sore hands at all! I've heard that kefir can help with both excema and psoriasis. Everything else will just be bandaids to temporarily subdue or alleviate the symptoms. Until she addresses the cause she will continue to suffer with this. However, I do believe that Michele gave you some really good bandaids for her to use that will help relieve a lot of the symptoms.
